Kings Meadow Homes specialise in the redevelopment of previously developed land in urban areas throughout the South East of England. We are passionate about building high-quality homes in locations that already have the necessary infrastructure and in doing this we help homeowners to unlock some of the value locked in their homes. 


This could be buying some of their garden and ‘assembling’ this with neighbours gardens to create land that can be developed or it could be buying houses on large plots and replacing them with higher density housing.

IAN GREEN

DIRECTOR
 
I'm a property developer with my background being in Construction. I've spent over 25 years managing large projects within the industry. 

One of my key skills is being able to ensure we build to an exceptionally high standard so that they stand the test of time. It feels very rewarding to get positive feedback from the end users.


Over 20+ years of experience in property and construction.

I have extensive experience of finding projects and achieving planning. Then managing them through the build to completion.

GRAEME STEWART

DIRECTOR

 

I'm a property investor/developer that helps homeowners/landowners to maximise the value of their asset. My expertise lies in spotting potential development opportunities where other's don't by bringing together multiple properties/plots that have no value to create land that has huge value.



My skills have been developed over the last 16 years in the property industry as an investor, developer and Land Assembler. What differentiates me is my ability to negotiate with multiple parties, honesty and integrity and delivering bad news with the same enthusiasm as good news - and then working to find a solution.



We are currently looking for development opportunities throughout the South East with or without planning permission. We are also looking for properties that when brought together with neighbouring properties, will form a development site.
