But largely we were happy with the process. The quality of the construction and appliances were top notch. After we moved in, we had few snagging issues and Ian was exceptionally kind and very helpful in fixing them. He made sure I was happy with the service provided and the issues were resolved. We are so happy in our new home. Kings meadows have taken a lot of care and attention to the finer details and the finish of the house. From small details such as curved plastering, to bigger details such as the induction hob, automatic lights, sliding internal doors and underfloor heating. We didn't search for a new build as we had been put off in the past by cheaper and quicker fixtures and fittings in big developments, but kings meadows have chosen beautiful and quality items for their houses. Through the process kings meadows have been communicative with the estate agent and with ourselves and have been helpful following exchange and completion.
